The coal consumption of this cement factory includes two parts: coal for clinker calcination and coal for supplementary firing of waste heat power generation boilers. When using this data set for Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of construction projects involving 42.5 MPa OPC, it is critical to include both the coal used for clinker calcination and the supplementary coal for waste heat power generation. The user should apply the accumulated unit process data for energy consumption and air pollution as per the LCI results. Ensure that the methodological framework of the LCA considers the full scope of the production process, from raw material extraction to cement grinding. Comparisons with other cement production data sets should consider technological variability, geographic specificity, and temporal relevance to ensure accurate and context-appropriate LCA results.
