Description

Two 2000t/d new dry process production lines. The data set provided represents the environmental impact of producing 42.5# ordinary Portland cement using a new dry process and is based on the performance of 1 ton of cement with a 28-day compressive strength of 42.5MPa as well as the proportional impact of 32.5# cement. it is advised that users apply this data for life cycle assessments of projects where this type of cement is utilized, taking care to adjust the values based on the specific amount and type of cement used in the project. The study scope includes raw meal preparation, clinker calcination, cement grinding, while excluding other stages beyond the system boundary like transportation and installation. It also includes raw material consumption and energy use, considering emissions like dust, CO2, and SO2. Users should pay attention to the methodology of converting 32.5# cement into 42.5# cement for their assessment purposes.
