Wet rotary kiln production process. The raw material limestone is crushed by crusher, and the raw materials were crushed and washed into a slurry. The limestone, clay (slurry), iron powder, and appropriate amount of water are fed into the mill for grinding at the grinding head of raw material mill. The ground raw material slurry is pumped into the slurry storage by slurry pump, and then fed into the wet rotary kiln for calcination after evenly blending and meeting the requirements. The clinker from the kiln is cooled by the clinker cooling equipment and then sent to the clinker storage, then mixed with mixed materials and gypsum in a certain ratio, ground by the cement mill and then into the cement warehouse, packaged by the packaging machine and shipped out of the factory or in bulk. When utilizing this data set for Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), the user must ensure that the scope of their study matches the defined boundaries of the dataset, which include raw material pretreatment, raw material grinding, raw material calcination, clinker grinding, cement homogenization, and cement storage. It is important to note that the data represents a specific compressive strength (42.5MPa at 28 days) and the wet process technology. Data users should not extrapolate this information to other types of cement or different production methods without proper adjustment.
