Other rotary kilns are used for the production of portland cement. A study was conducted on the process flow and operating parameters of other rotary kiln technologies currently available in the cement industry in Heilongjiang Province, and input and output data of the established product system were collected and calculated and quantified. When using this data set for Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), consider that the scope of evaluation includes raw meal preparation, clinker calcination, and cement preparation, but does not account for the environmental load caused by the consumption of clay resources nor the impact of iron powder as an iron correction material. Furthermore, when modeling the use phase behavior or interpreting the results, it is important to note that only nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, carbon dioxide, and dust emissions are considered. Ensure that LCA studies incorporating this data are restricted to the use of portland cement in contexts with comparable technological applicability and industrial operating parameters.
