Technology

A typical steam cracking process is adopted in the model of naphtha route to ethylene. The upstream power source of the ethylene project is the power station of the refining project, which will meet the steam demand of the ethylene project by adjusting steam and power generation, and will not lead to an increase in pollution emissions. The scale of the ethylene plant is 1.5 million tons per year. Assuming that the annual operating time of the process plant is 8000 hours, the steam cracking process includes ethylene steam thermal cracking unit, dry gas recovery unit (abbreviated as ROG), spent alkali oxidation unit (referred to as WAO), pressure swing adsorption Hydrogen production (PSA for short) unit and ethylene cryogenic storage tank area.
