Multi-Si For life cycle assessment (LCA) practitioners, this data set can be applied to evaluate the environmental impact of the production stage of mono-Si and multi-Si photovoltaic systems in China. When using this data, consider the methodological boundaries such as system boundary, specific inputs like silica, charcoal, petroleum coke, and the choice of technological routes. Take into account the recycling and disposal processes of the silicon and photovoltaic systems, reflecting them correctly in the LCA model. The functional unit for this assessment is defined as 1 kWp of photovoltaic system capacity.
