Assumed size partition of dust emissions for crushing, screening and transport processes: 50% >10µm (PM10), 45% between 10 µm and 2.5 µm, 5%<2.5 µm. Limestone, crushed, washed is a pre-product for the milling process. 50% of the electricity consumption is covered by the grid and 50% by a hydropower plant nearby. Undefined unit processes (UPRs) are the unlinked, multi-product activity datasets that form the basis for all of the system models available in the ecoinvent database. This is the way the datasets are obtained and entered into the database by the data providers. These activity datasets are useful for investigating the environmental impacts of a specific activity (gate-to-gate), without regard to its upstream or downstream impacts.
