Through experiments, the relevant data of the sludge pyrolysis treatment process under different working conditions are collected and distributed, and the input and output of materials and energy in each process are quantified, and the environmental pollutant emissions are quantified. When utilizing this data set for Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), ensure that the sludge processing conditions mirror those specified (e.g., moisture content of 80% and pyrolysis temperature of 850℃). For the impact assessment phase, consider the potential outputs and their treatment methods, such as syngas production, char utilization, and liquid effluent treatment. Exclude the impacts of upstream processes (such as sludge collection and transportation) and include any significant emissions during the pyrolysis step.
