Vertical circulating reactor activated sludge technology is an advanced wastewater treatment technology, in which activated sludge is fully contacted and reacted with wastewater through a vertical circulation system. This technology effectively utilizes the space inside the reactor, improves wastewater treatment efficiency, and is suitable for treating all types of wastewater, including municipal and industrial wastewater. When utilizing this dataset for Life Cycle Assessment, attention should be given to the specific context in which the vertical-loop reactor activated sludge technology is applied, including the year of implementation and the geographical location (Nongkaem, Thailand, 2014). Considerations such as local ambient conditions and technological variations should be accounted for. Any updates or changes in the technology or regional wastewater standards subsequent to 2014 should be taken into account for accurate assessment.
