This dataset represents the cultivation of sweet sorghum on an area of 1 ha producing the co-products sweet sorghum grain and sweet sorghum stem. The yield of sweet sorghum grain is 3860 kg/ha at a moisture content at storage of 9.1%, the yield of sweet sorghum stem is 48263 kg/ha at a moisture content of 73%.
