Description

Secondary crushing, screening and processing (cone crushing) When utilizing this data set for Life Cycle Assessment, attention should be given to the following methodological advisories: Ensure that the transportation of raw materials and the end products are included in the system boundaries if they are significant. Include recycling and recovery rates for the construction aggregates if applicable. Model the use phase accurately, taking into account the specific end-uses of different crushed stone sizes. Consider the energy consumption and emission outputs of the cone crushing and sand making processes. Lastly, account for any upstream or downstream processes associated with this industrial process that may impact the overall environmental footprint.

Technology

After jaw crushing, it is transported to cone crusher through conveyor belt for second crushing, after crushing, it enters into vibrating screen for screening, and the 1~2cm crushed stone obtained enters into finished product yard through conveyor belt, and the unqualified products larger than 2cm return to cone crusher for crushing, and sand maker enters into sand making, and the other parts are sent to sand maker through conveyor belt for sand making after screening.
